How long have you worked for Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS)?
I have worked for KCS for three and a half years. I first joined the team as a Trade Analyst in 2014 and was promoted a year later to Trade Team Leader. I look forward to growing my role.
Describe your typical day
A typical day involves managing and assisting the trade support team, dealing with customer escalations and feedback, prioritising and re-prioritising issues, and handling whatever else arises at the time.
What do you like best about Kerridge Commercial Systems?
It’s a good company to work for. Staff welfare is a priority and I have seen KCS go out of their way to make the employees feel a part of the company.
